1) volume 13 on mp3
- blocks mum's screaming

2) volume 19 on mp3
- blocks dad's screaming

i found this out
well, for 1) today
for 2) last last last week

that's an improvement.
but i have made a promise to not be so
hot tempered even though my body isn't well.
